Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Notify us by email or WhatsApp / phone, quoting your booking reference.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before pick-up, contact us as soon as possible — we will do everything we can to help. We still reserve the right to charge the agreed rental.

If you do not appear for pick-up and do not contact us at the agreed time (nor within a reasonable time because of a flight delay), we treat the booking as unused. We may charge the full reserved period, as the car was held for you.

Changes are possible subject to fleet availability. Contact us as early as you can. Any price difference for a new rate or class is settled when the change is confirmed.

Returning early does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused days, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If we cancel (e.g. the car is unavailable, force majeure), we will offer a same- or higher-class replacement or refund anything you have already paid. We do not cover extra travel costs (hotels, tickets) except where the law requires otherwise.

Email us or message on WhatsApp / call the number on the site, with your name and booking reference. We send a cancellation confirmation once the request is processed.
