We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the website and book a car, why we process it, and what rights you have.

2. Data we collect

Booking data: name, phone, email, country, date of birth, driving-licence number and expiry, passport/ID if provided, document photos you upload, rental locations and dates, selected vehicle and extras, notes (e.g. flight number).

Technical and analytics data: IP address to a limited extent (e.g. abuse prevention), cookies and similar technologies where enabled (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Plausible if configured).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to perform the rental contract, communicate about your booking, meet legal duties, prevent fraud, and — on legitimate interest or consent — for site analytics and marketing measurement.

Identity documents are needed to identify the driver and comply with vehicle-rental rules.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with trusted service providers needed for the booking and communication to work (reservation system, email delivery and similar). We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

If analytics are enabled on the site, they are used only to understand traffic; you can limit cookies in your browser settings.

5. Retention

We keep booking data as long as needed to perform the contract, handle claims and meet legal retention periods (accounting, tax). Documents no longer required are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, to the extent applicable law allows. Email us; we respond within a reasonable time.

If you believe processing is unlawful, you may contact the competent data-protection authority in Montenegro.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site may use Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel and, if configured, Plausible. These help us understand traffic and ad performance. They are not required to submit a booking.

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version applies from publication on this page, with the “last updated” date.
