Where do we meet at the airport?
In front of the arrivals terminal. Our staff member waits with a sign with your name, and the car is ready close by. Delivery to Podgorica, Tivat, Tirana and Dubrovnik airports is free.
What if my flight is late?
Put your flight number in the booking and call or message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know about a delay. We match pick-up to the flight time, and we are available 24/7.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Email us, message us on WhatsApp or call, and quote your booking reference. Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before pick-up; the full rules are on the cancellation policy page.
Which language can I write in?
English, Montenegrin or Polish, before, during and after your rental.
